After the breakthough workout yesterday, I was feeling kind of sore and tired. I did an easy to medium bike workout on the trainer for 60 minutes. Kind of uneventful.
I will swim on Friday, and try to get their eariler and get longer and better workout in. Saturday looks like a bad weather day, but I need to get outside and do some more biking. I might go and do a bike and run on a race route and get a time on it. |
