Been taking a physical and emotional rest since the my last race in September.
My knee has had some tendonitis so I have been going easy on it.
I have been doing run walks and easy biking and swimming once or twice a week.
I have been gaining weight, which I am not happy about. It goes to show that I do much better with a goal in mind.
I went to the PT yesterday and got some exercises and stretches for my knee. So hopefully I can get it taken care of and then increase intensity.
