Had to go to a scout meeting all day so I had to get a earlier workout in. I figured I was going to need an easier workout since I had just hit a breakthrough bike workout Friday evening. I ran 30 min of recovery run and then 23 min of faster running.
Three run workouts in this week and only two bikes, but the bikes were good solid workouts. Two weeks until Yuba, so I have another work week next week and then the taper. |
