I swam this morning. Did a timed 800 to start. 15:43. Had to wait for traffic for a few seconds. I did not feel too tired at the end. 200 splits at 3:48, 3:59, 3:59, 3:54. I drilled afterwards and then did 4x 100m: 1:51, 1:47, 146, 1:47. It was to get some of those splits to almost as fast as I was. I am still trying to have a relaxt arm recovery, but also hit a more powerful switch. My right hand also is crazy, so I am trying to get it to pull straigh instead of bouncing to the center of my midline.
